I've found that loving conversation and connection is the fastest way to produce positive change, and that's exactly what I pursue as a professional speaker. I don't just speak to motivate or inspire, but to make a lasting impact. I seek to ignite enthusiasm through personal stories, experiences, ideas, and concepts. The word enthusiasm actually comes from the Greek word entheos, which means God within. This is my purpose–to help others understand there's a courageous compassion within them, a power that can change their life and the world.

I engage, inspire, and empower high school and college students with my background in coaching and working at schools in Columbus, Ohio and around the United States. Keynote talks and leadership workshops address building courageous culture, compelling character, and becoming perfectly imperfect people.

Along with assemblies, I look forward to and love the opportunities to work with smaller groups of students to provide practical steps in creating a more courageously compassion culture.

The millennial generation work force is an energetic group to speak to, engage with, and learn from. As a Christian motivational speaker I tell stories (when relevant to the mission of the event) about my journey from a distant and disconnected past to jumping head first into a strong faith. My battle with a life threatening heart condition motivated me to begin pursuing God, and now I can't shut up about the grace that I've been given and the blessings that surround me. With engaging story telling, I draw comparisons with scripture and the path God has laid out for me to follow. I speak at schools, churches, ministries, and other faith-based business organizations.
